The Fanfreluche was built in 1900 by the architect to make his Bourgeois principal residence. Post offices and telecommunications were also arranged on the ground floor of this house "Belle Epoque". In 1898 some notable Parisian decided to take up residence in the Bois de Cise to take a "swim" in a privileged setting. This choice was not a coincidence!
Located just off the popular resort of the moment: The Tréport, this site quickly found himself with a casino, a beach access and a great hotel.
